Running style and gait analysis.


We will work on your posture and technique and iron out any habits which may be holding you back.

We are based in the Stirling area. Sessions can be pre-arranged for clients further afield for a small extra cost to cover fuel, etc.



Sessions online via Zoom or Teams.


Weekly catch-ups to discuss progress and any issues which need addressed.
